Founded in 2012, our nickname KUDOZS is taken from an acclamation ku·dos means praise and honor received for an achievement. With that, here in Kudozs, we put our hardwork and passion to support our clients, together we grow and achieve their goals through marketing activities.

Leo Besus
Managing Director / Founder
A graduate of Architecture Studies, this background gives Leo a strong knowledge of creativity, production, and details. After four years in Tira Fashion (Tiga Raksa Tbk Group), he started a small creative agency. In 2012 decided to develop Kudozs in pursue of developing an integrated marketing company.
Dharmayanti Kusuma
Account and Marketing Director / Co-Founder
After graduation, she started her professional career in 1999 and continued her passion in event management with several agencies until 2009 with clients like Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Trimegah Securities, and Mobile8. She then joined Lenovo Indonesia from 2009 – 2012 as Country Marketing Manager. In 2012, she came back to the agency side and started Kudozs as co-founder and marketing director.
